Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Streamline Cycling website and to any order you place through our online store. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

About us

Streamline Cycling develops and sells aerodynamic wheel systems and wheel covers, including the AIR System and related products. You can contact us about anything in these Terms at [email protected].

Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where we identify a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details on our servers.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. While we take care to keep pricing accurate, if an obvious pricing error affects your order we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel it.

Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout or on product pages. Estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

Returns and cancellations

Your rights to cancel and return products, including your statutory rights under UK consumer law, are set out in our returns policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Product use and safety

Our products must be installed, checked and used in accordance with the instructions supplied with them. Cycling — particularly at speed and in competition — carries inherent risk. You are responsible for ensuring products are correctly fitted, compatible with your equipment, and legal for the events in which you use them (event and governing-body regulations on equipment, including wheel covers, vary and can change).

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, product designs, images, logos and branding — is owned by or licensed to Streamline Cycling and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order, losses not caused by our breach of these Terms, or business losses. Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any dispute relating to them or to an order is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also rely on the consumer laws and courts of your home nation.
