Your information and the data we collect from our other users are most commonly used to further create a secure, personalized environment and improve the experience of our users as well as provide aggregated benchmarking data to the community of Streamline Cycling users. We reserve the right to use your information anonymously for publishing comprehensive studies to the public, for personalizing our marketing services and to otherwise help promote Streamline Cycling. We are committed to protecting all data and personal information submitted by participating companies and your individual data will never be used for any other purpose than benchmarking or as stated above. Your company’s data will never be listed in an identifiable manner and only industry/group averages (of 3 or more distinct companies) will be displayed in an aggregated form on the website and other publications by Streamline Cycling.

If you join Streamline Cycling through a third party or through a link to a partner page on Streamline Cycling we may share your information with the company that you joined through to help them better understand your needs, alert you to problems, and generally provide you with more custom services. For instance many SEO companies already have access to your analytics and if you sign up through them we will continue to provide them with the relevant analytical information about your company to allow them to continue to provide you with their services. If you were not providing them with your analytic data prior to joining Streamline Cycling, and you join through them, we may by default provide them with your information. Streamline Cycling is not responsible for the privacy practices of other parties and would like to remind you to research and investigate said parties before disclosing personal information with third parties. Additionally, Streamline Cycling is not responsible for the privacy of information that members voluntarily disclose publicly which includes avenues such as online message boards, chat rooms, file uploads, events etc.. Information collected and used

Cookies and similar storage

We use essential storage to keep your account, basket and checkout working and to remember your cookie choices. Optional analytics and advertising are off until you choose them. You can accept all, reject all or customise each purpose; shopping is available whichever you choose.

Analytics permission enables Google tags through Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and our own visit statistics. These help us understand page visits, shopping events and how the website is used. They may use identifiers such as Google's _ga cookies, Clarity's _clck and _clsk cookies, and our visitorKey in local storage. Google Tag Manager and Clarity do not load until analytics is enabled.

Advertising permission enables the Meta Pixel to measure advertising and shopping events, using identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. It also controls Google advertising permissions when Google tags are loaded. Meta does not load until advertising is enabled. Choosing analytics alone leaves advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising permissions denied.

These identifiers and usage events can be personal data; they are not automatically anonymous. Optional website analytics is separate from information needed to process an order, manage your account, protect the service or respond to an enquiry.

We save your dated, versioned choices for six months in local storage under sl-tracking-consent. We ask again when they expire or when a changed choice notice requires fresh consent. Older all-or-nothing choices are not reused for the new categories. If your browser blocks storage, your choice may apply only to the current page. Provider cookies have their own lifetimes.

For each optional purpose you enable, we also keep up to 100 purchase references in local storage, valid for 180 days, to avoid counting a purchase again when you refresh or revisit its confirmation page. These records are separate for analytics and advertising and are removed when you turn off that purpose.

Use Cookie settings in the footer or the button below to change your choices at any time. Turning off a purpose updates its permissions, removes the optional identifiers we can access and refreshes the page to stop tools already loaded. Essential account, basket and payment storage is kept. This does not erase data already received by a provider; contact us about access or deletion requests.

Visit and traffic information

With analytics permission, our visit statistics record page paths, referring pages, browser information and shopping events. A visitor identifier can be linked to an order or enquiry when you submit one. We do not start this optional visit tracking before analytics permission is given. Operational records needed for checkout, security and delivery of the service are separate.

Users of our Service

We collect information from our users to support updates or changes to our service. This information is collected through user submitted information, such as their name, email address and if a member elects, a phone number. You may opt out of updates at any time.
