Returns Policy

If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items in line with the policy below. This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1) Eligibility

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with any packaging and accessories included.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable if opened/used (where applicable).
  • Custom or made-to-order products may have different return terms (see Section 6).

2) Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, please send the item back within another 14 days.

3) How to start a return

  1. Email us with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address (and an RMA reference if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

Tip: Please keep proof of postage. We can’t be responsible for parcels lost in transit without it.

4) Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing typically takes 3–7 working days after inspection (bank processing times can vary).
  • Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault.

5) Exchanges

If you’d like a different size/variant, contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In many cases, the quickest option is a return + new order.

6) Custom / made-to-order items

Where an item is custom-made or produced to your specification, returns may not be accepted unless the item is faulty or not as described. If you believe there is an issue, please contact us with photos and your order number.

7) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible so we can put it right quickly.

8) Return postage

  • Unless the item is faulty/incorrect, return postage is typically the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a tracked service for higher value orders.
